yo , this is my 3rd post , this time is not teacher ask me to post my blog ald... feel like want to write sth for this time round.....
yeah , 4 weeks later , we are leaving shatec soon , going to have our last holiday , 1 month , finally.... happy , coz after join shatec untill now , i had no chance to have a good rest ! but also scare bcoz going to face this industrial soon , dunno what that will be in my future , feel sad also , coz i have no chance to go back to CLASSROOM..... my student life may be stop in shatec....
now , everyone was start sending Resume to hotel.... soon , we will separate to many many hotel.... and maybe got ppl become SFT in school.... dunno after that we still got chance to meet each other or not... i with some of the 'BEST' classmate ( those always laugh my English fren ) had discuss for going travel as our end school gathering.... but untill now , still dunno teh result of we are going or not go !
anyway..... maybe after attachment , many of them will go NS.... some will half way stop , some will like this like that ! i stilll wish the whole class.... all the best in what u doing..... DCS ' A " jan 07 !!!

Jayson Recipe

YUP , this is what i did when i was attachment in Rossete ! i named it "Rib eye steak gratin with Cheese serve with Rainbow Bread" thats only a simple cooking , maybe u follow the guide line of CHEF ANG , and u maybe will cook better than me with ur effort !
Beef gratin with Cheese
-marinated the beef with salt , pepper , olive oil and fresh herb
-grilled the beef untill rare if u want to serve the doneness as medium
-last , gratin with cheese under the salamander ( so that the beef will cook untill medium, but u also need to know how to control )
Rainbow bread
- cut the bread , carrot , Zucchini ( both colour ) into even shape ( round )
-arrange the bread and vege nicely , use satay stick to maintain the shape
-egg wash and bread crumb and lastly deep fry the rainbow bread untill golden brown
note : cut the rainbow bread , if not the guest cant see the vege in side the bread

yo , this is the 1st time i posting blog.... evry time want to post but lazy and some tim escare english too poor , let my CLASSMATE laugh ! haha , nvm , this time , just post , if they want laugh , let them laugh lah ! maybe after this few months , i got no chance to let them laugh lor..... ( coz going to attachment )
kns , talk so much crap ! now story why i come shatec.... ya , when i was secondary 4 , i was decide that i wanna be a chef 1 day , just dunno want to be pastry chef or culinary chef ! that time i ald know in spore have a cooking school , SHATEC ! i never think of other school , i only know i will be study there after my secondary ! after secondary school i was working part time in a western restaurant in JB , in that time , i know i want to be a culinary chef in the future ! why ? not bcoz i like to cook , is bcoz i enjoy my life in kitchen , even is hot , rush and tired... but we are happy ! thats what i want in my life.... of coz the second reason is , i like to cook !
then i come to shatec and apply for DIPLOMA IN CULINARY SKILLS....... This is how my Culinary's life start.......
